Mike

Mike has been teaching since 2019 and founded Outdoor Yoga Berkeley in 2020, a donation based outdoor yoga program where he has been teaching Sunday yoga for 5 years. Mike loves to keep things grounded and playful using plain language, descriptive cues, and humor.

His classes are designed for regular people to learn more about their bodies so they can take better care of themselves on a daily basis. He believes that re-establishing the relationship with the body is the doorway to a better life,  better relationships, less pain, and radical honesty. His classes will be a mix of traditional vinyasa, mobility, stretching, breathing, and strengthening.

Mike likes to teach to the bodies in the room and adjusts to the class for a more impactfull practice. Mike really cares about getting more diverse students into yoga and feels strongly about affordability.
